Analyst II, Marketplace Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end marketplace supply chain operations and order fulfillment processes from pre-season through post-season.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, planning, merchandising, and finance to streamline daily operations.
• Monitor and manage order fulfillment performance against established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Execute "read & react" order strategies to respond to marketplace changes, monitoring inventory levels and forecasts to adjust SKU quantities and sizes.
• Act as the voice of the Converse Marketplace within the supply chain team to secure service delivery and drive capability development.
• Ensure SAP data reconciliation and compliance throughout the order management lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in retail operations, supply chain, or planning, specifically within the FMCG industry.
• Strong proficiency in SAP and BI operations.
• Excellent Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to drive action through consensus and alignment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills rooted in fact-based and data-driven analysis.
