About the role
Responsibilities
- Support commercial analytics to clarify revenue performance, portfolio health, renewal dynamics, and client opportunities.
- Design proactive insight pipelines by translating business needs into analytical logic, metric definitions, and signal criteria.
- Partner with analytics engineering and Revenue Operations to embed analytics into dashboards, alerts, and decision-support tools.
- Build trusted analytical assets using SQL and Python to help internal teams prioritize effort and identify risk.
- Apply AI and LLM-assisted tools to improve analytical speed and quality across exploration and workflow design.
- Communicate findings through concise narratives and practical recommendations tailored for both leadership and frontline sellers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business analytics, analytics engineering, or a similar quantitative role.
- Solid SQL skills with experience working with large, complex datasets in modern data environments.
- Working proficiency in Python for analysis, automation, and workflow development.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical requirements and decision-ready outputs.
- Experience contributing to repeatable analytics, signals, or insight workflows rather than just ad hoc analysis.
- Familiarity with AI- or LLM-assisted tools in analytics workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Sales, Client Services, or Revenue Operations teams.
- Experience building or operationalizing proactive signals and decision-support outputs for field teams.
- Familiarity with advertising technology, digital media, or platform-based commercial models.
- Experience working in high-growth, data-intensive organizations.
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
