Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify market trends, opportunities, and business impacts
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to key business leaders, translating complex data into clear insights
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability by validating reports across various data sources
• Partner with IT teams to implement additional data needs and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in reporting and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Master's degree in Analytics preferred)
• 4-6 years of full-time professional experience in analytics
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Strong experience in SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize competing projects
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with non-technical stakeholders
• Solid understanding of business analytics, KPIs, and performance metrics
