Analyst, ICQA Operational Excellence

Responsibilities

• Execute daily and scheduled cycle counts across assigned areas and resolve count variances
• Audit inventory transactions in the ERP/WMS for accuracy and proper documentation
• Identify and escalate non-compliance issues related to receiving, storage, picking, or reconciliation
• Support physical inventory counts and reconciliation during period-end or audit events
• Document findings and contribute to root cause analysis on recurring discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, adjustments, and audit outcomes
• Partner with warehouse and operations teams to enforce inventory SOPs
• Track and contribute data to ICQA KPI reporting including accuracy, adjustment rate, and shrinkage

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with ERP or WMS systems
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work on a production or warehouse floor in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
