About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute daily and scheduled cycle counts across assigned areas and resolve count variances
- Audit inventory transactions in the ERP/WMS for accuracy and proper documentation
- Identify and escalate non-compliance issues related to receiving, storage, picking, or reconciliation
- Support physical inventory counts and reconciliation during period-end or audit events
- Document findings and contribute to root cause analysis on recurring discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, adjustments, and audit outcomes
- Partner with warehouse and operations teams to enforce inventory SOPs
- Track and contribute data to ICQA KPI reporting including accuracy, adjustment rate, and shrinkage
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with ERP or WMS systems
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work on a production or warehouse floor in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
