Analyst I, Finance Business Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Maintain timekeeper, client, and matter maintenance information in the financial system of record
• Utilize existing reports for financial analysis, production, data, and process control using Power BI, Excel, and other tools
• Support efforts to advance the Firm’s reporting, data visualization, and analysis capabilities
• Manage recurring deliverables in accordance with agreed-upon specifications and set deadlines
• Collaborate with team members and Strategic Finance leadership to prioritize tasks and projects
• Work independently to follow through on assignments, escalating complex matters as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or Information Systems
• Introductory proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization software
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of general accounting principles
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 0-1 year of financial reporting experience
• Familiarity with 3E accounting software or similar enterprise software programs
