Analyst, HRIS

Responsibilities

• Provide support, research, analysis, and maintenance for Ryan People systems, including Workday HCM and Achievers.
• Troubleshoot system issues including error messages, login difficulties, access denials, and data issues.
• Maintain data integrity by running reports, analyzing data, and processing changes via EIBs.
• Manage Workday enterprise-wide account security, organizational structures, business processes, and system enhancements.
• Configure and audit Workday settings as requested to meet new project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support People systems data.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cycle times and increase reporting efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or MIS.
• 3-5 years of experience in human resources operations and/or project management.
• 1-2 years of experience with Workday configuration (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Time Tracking, or Benefits).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI and Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Workday Adaptive.
• Experience using analytics tools to evaluate workforce metrics.
• Proven success in process analysis and optimization initiatives.
