About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level HR support via chat, phone, email, or tickets regarding payroll, staffing, benefits, and Workday processes.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee records, internal movements, and offboarding.
- Maintain Workday data integrity, support audits, and deliver necessary reporting.
- Support the creation and storage of HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and employment records.
- Contribute to system enhancements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the maintenance of Knowledge Articles, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Workday (transactions, business processes, and reporting).
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and compliance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean certification.
- Experience with automation and process optimization.
