Analyst, HR Operations GBS

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level HR support via chat, phone, email, or tickets regarding payroll, staffing, benefits, and Workday processes.
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee records, internal movements, and offboarding.
• Maintain Workday data integrity, support audits, and deliver necessary reporting.
• Support the creation and storage of HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and employment records.
• Contribute to system enhancements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the maintenance of Knowledge Articles, SOPs, and employee handbooks.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Workday (transactions, business processes, and reporting).
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and compliance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean certification.
• Experience with automation and process optimization.
