Analyst - Health and Benefits Consulting

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting services to global company headquarters by coordinating local insured health and risk benefits
• Provide data analytics, draft reports and presentations, and update project trackers
• Work with local country consultants and brokers to obtain status updates
• Prepare for and participate in regular client calls and follow up on agreed actions
• Manage clients' benefits databases to ensure accurate and timely updates
• Support the implementation of global benefits governance and oversight technology platforms
• Coordinate multi-country projects including benchmarking, wellbeing, and cost savings initiatives

Requirements

• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management
