Analyst - HC Operations Specialist

We have acquired or developed approximately 11.9 gigawatts of contracted capacity across a portfolio of over 80 renewable energy projects in 24 states.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, including documentation, systems, and equipment coordination
• Manage operational aspects of background check administration and vendor coordination
• Support employment verification requests and third-party coordination
• Provide support for employee systems access requests and inquiries
• Support survey administration and employee engagement initiatives, including data analysis and reporting
• Maintain HRIS and internal systems to support data integrity and process improvements
• Partner with the U.S.-based Human Capital team to drive consistency across global processes
• Manage operational trackers, documentation, and administrative workflows

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience preferred
• Strong interest in building a career in Human Capital operations
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for global coordination
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
