Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform regular periodic reviews of financial crime compliance functions including KYC, Sanctions, Fraud, and Transaction Monitoring
• Create and present high-quality work deliverables
• Utilize metrics and workflows to analyze and report on trends, issues, and quality defects
• Maintain subject matter expertise regarding the identification and mitigation of risk

Requirements

• Approximately 1 year of experience working in various areas of the compliance field
• In-depth understanding of AML/CTF, KYC, and counterparty risk identification and mitigation principles
• Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues to management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work from the office following a clean desk policy

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience with Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR)
• Strong analytical, organizational skills, and high attention to detail
• Ability to execute a range of complex tasks and analysis
