Analyst, GSS Treasury

Responsibilities

• Support daily liquidity management by monitoring cash positions and forecasting short-term cash needs.
• Assist in executing payments and coordinating with AP and AR to ensure proper cash flow execution.
• Perform key treasury controls, including sanction screening, transaction reconciliation, and month-end close activities.
• Prepare recurring treasury reports, such as interest expense, fee analyses, and share repurchase reporting for leadership.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of treasury operations data in alignment with corporate financial standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or Accounting/Finance operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish to support cross-regional operations.
• Experience with bank portals, payment processes, or treasury systems/ERP cash modules.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Bloomberg or other specialized treasury tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex financial and transactional data.
• Experience performing reconciliations and supporting month-end close processes.
