About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage training and development administration, including attendee enrollment and troubleshooting LMS issues.
- Provide technical and administrative support for virtual and in-person learning programs.
- Act as a webinar host to provide administrative and technical support for Wyndham University sessions.
- Support budget management by processing invoices and reconciling monthly pcard charges.
- Manage the Wyndham University mailbox by triaging and resolving routine LMS inquiries.
- Coordinate third-party vendor administration, including contract approvals and expense tracking.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and shipping of supplies and giveaways for training programs.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in training administration, learning operations, or similar administrative roles.
- Experience supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual learning environments.
- Experience processing vendor invoices or supporting vendor administration activities.
- Proficiency with tools such as ZOOM, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and Smartsheet.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage transactional work accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience working in a Global Shared Services environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting U.S.-based HR processes.
