Analyst, GSS HR Administration

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition activities including candidate sourcing, drafting offer letters, and managing background checks
• Maintain employer branding platforms and ensure accuracy of TA resources for franchisees
• Provide HR administration support including employment verifications, data change transactions, and personnel file administration
• Manage new hire/rehire processing and voluntary offboarding processes
• Conduct quarterly HR data audits and deliver weekly reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, shared services, or operational support roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required
• Experience with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, HRIS, ATS) is strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S.-based HR processes
• Experience working within a Global Shared Services environment
• Experience using ticketing tools for service delivery
