About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Talent Acquisition activities including candidate sourcing, drafting offer letters, and managing background checks
- Maintain employer branding platforms and ensure accuracy of TA resources for franchisees
- Provide HR administration support including employment verifications, data change transactions, and personnel file administration
- Manage new hire/rehire processing and voluntary offboarding processes
- Conduct quarterly HR data audits and deliver weekly reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, shared services, or operational support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, HRIS, ATS) is strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting U.S.-based HR processes
- Experience working within a Global Shared Services environment
- Experience using ticketing tools for service delivery
