Analyst, GSS FP&A

Responsibilities

• Provide financial administration support for internal Franchise Sales and Development teams.
• Assist in the preparation of the compensation administration process and calculate payouts accurately.
• Forecast, track, and report key performance metrics through scorecards, trackers, and sales contests.
• Partner with FP&A to develop and implement compensation plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Support month-end close activities and maintain planning governance, templates, and data integrity.
• Prepare performance reporting, including dashboards, variance summaries, and KPI updates.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for commission payment activities.
• Input and validate approved budget line items in Hyperion to ensure accurate reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or similar analytical roles.
• Proven experience preparing commission statements.
• Proficiency with financial planning systems and ERP platforms such as HFM, Oracle, or SAP.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience preparing journal entries, accruals, and working cross-functionally with Accounting.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
