Analyst, GSS FP&A

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Consolidate revenue, expense, headcount, and operational assumptions into planning systems
• Prepare management reporting packs and conduct scenario and sensitivity modeling
• Analyze monthly actuals versus budget and forecast to identify and explain key performance drivers
• Support month-end close activities, including preparing and recording manual journal entries and accruals
• Partner with cross-functional teams to validate financial assumptions and ensure data integrity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a similar analytical role
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (such as Power BI or Tableau)
• Experience with financial planning systems or ERP platforms (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, SAP)
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and variance analysis

• Experience working in a Shared Services or multinational corporate environment
