Analyst, GSS Collections

Responsibilities

• Support the collections function by conducting timely outreach to franchisees and tracking payments.
• Identify and request the issuance of default notices to the Compliance Team.
• Assist with escalations and basic dispute investigations, ensuring adherence to policy and internal controls.
• Resolve unapplied or disputed amounts through approved adjustments and support the setup of payment plans.
• Perform routine outreach via calls and emails to address overdue balances and document all interactions in CRM or case management tools.
• Monitor accounts for early signs of payment risk and escalate issues to senior analysts when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, customer service, or shared services.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish to support cross-regional operations.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle AR preferred) and experience with CRM or case management tools.
• Strong communication, documentation, and task-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a KPI-driven environment.

• Previous experience within the hospitality industry.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives or process enhancements.
