Analyst, GSS Capital Planning

Responsibilities

• Support capital-related processes by assisting with the setup, tracking, and closeout of projects
• Gather and prepare materials for Standard Project Approval Review meetings
• Participate in month-end close and forecasting activities for projects to maintain governance and data integrity
• Create project shells and manage tasks within the project management system
• Oversee timesheets and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Maintain and distribute standardized templates for cost estimates, business cases, and presentations
• Partner with the PMO and business stakeholders to consolidate materials for project approval forums
• Review month-end project actuals and update project spend forecasts
• Support purchase order creation and invoice processing within Oracle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or similar analytical roles
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP platforms or financial planning systems such as Oracle, SAP, HFM, or Oracle EPM
• Fluency in both English and Spanish to support cross-regional operations
• Strong communication and business partnering skills
