Analyst, GSS Billing

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing for hotel and franchise operations to enable proper revenue recognition.
• Maintain franchise billing and royalty rate structures, including validating revenue data and processing manual or system-generated billing.
• Manage billing inquiries by receiving, logging, and routing them to ensure proper resolution and documentation.
• Collaborate with AR, Collections, Cash Application, and IT teams to resolve issues impacting the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
• Prepare SOX-required billing control reports and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Support billing system updates, UAT testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in Billing or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish to support cross-regional operations.
• Strong analytical skills to validate revenue data and identify discrepancies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle AR preferred) and case management or ticketing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a Shared Services Center.
• Experience within the hospitality industry.
