Analyst, GSS AP Processing

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end Accounts Payable activities including invoice processing (PO, Non-PO, T&E), vendor master data management, and payment execution.
• Validate supporting documentation to ensure compliance with legal, tax, and corporate requirements.
• Manage payment processes end-to-end, including payment runs, bank coordination, and exception handling.
• Perform vendor account reconciliations, aging analysis, and discrepancy investigations.
• Support AP month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain AP reports, metrics, and KPIs such as aging and payment performance.
• Support audit, tax, and compliance requirements by preparing necessary documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably within a Shared Services Center.
• Direct experience with the Oracle ERP AP module is required.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish to support cross-regional operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud.
• Proficiency in Excel and Python.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Understanding of banking processes, FX, and compliance controls.
