Analyst, GSS Accounting Operations

Responsibilities

• Support the Record to Report (R2R) process by preparing journal entries, performing subledger reconciliations, and managing payroll activities.
• Maintain the integrity of the fixed asset subledger through capitalization, disposals, depreciation, and related asset accounting processes.
• Support intercompany transactions, corporate allocations, and consolidation activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including validating subledgers and generating management reports.
• Ensure strong compliance with accounting policies, documentation standards, and financial control requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounting or R2R operations.
• Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish to support cross-regional operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fixed asset accounting.
• Experience working in a multi-entity or shared services environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve subledger discrepancies.
