Analyst, Group Corporate Entities & Specialist Accounting

Responsibilities

• Prepare emoluments certificates and supporting schedules
• Support audits relating to Directors’ Remuneration and key management personnel disclosures using highly confidential data
• Execute SOX controls and support audit evidence requests
• Coordinate with Executive Assistants and provide guidance on processes
• Raise purchase orders and manage invoice payments for multiple suppliers
• Support month-end journals and GL account reconciliations
• Support wider specialist, corporate, and statutory reporting activities

Requirements

• Degree (or equivalent) in Finance or Accounting
• ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualification
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, or an audit environment
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience posting month-end journals and preparing GL account reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail with a robust documentation and control mindset
• Experience working with highly confidential data
• Ability to deliver accurate outputs to defined timetables

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of exposure to remuneration reporting, employee benefits, or SOX controls
• Familiarity with corporate or statutory reporting processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or similar
