Analyst, Global SCH Intercompany Planning

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the expedite process between customer service and manufacturing plants to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor and control the purchase document backlog, including overdue, reschedules, and substitutions
• Manage supply delivery performance for manufacturing plants and external vendors
• Support the allocation process in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
• Assist in the periodic review of inventory strategies and demand planning selection
• Support continuous improvement processes and automation projects
• Review safety stock and forecast loads to ensure alignment with S&OP suggestions

Requirements

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience in global planning, scheduling, or purchasing
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with VBA for process automation
