Analyst, Global KYC

Responsibilities

• Refresh client data and documentation for existing clients on an ongoing basis following periodic review cycles
• Interact with bankers and relationship managers to gather required information and documentation
• Update firm systems and databases with accurate information obtained from clients
• Handle inquiries and ad hoc requests from internal partners, including Compliance teams
• Manage workload effectively to prioritize cases and meet expected throughput rates and service level requirements
• Stay updated on regulatory and tax requirements relevant to KYC processes
• Escalate issues in a timely manner and ensure all activities comply with governing regulations and internal policies

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in KYC for corporate clients across multiple product areas
• Mandatory English proficiency at a B1/B2 level (written and verbal)
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks impacting client onboarding
• Basic understanding of capital markets and end-to-end workflows (Front, Middle, and Back Office)
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a standard office-based environment with occasional non-standard hours due to international scope

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
• Professional certification in AML/CFT, such as an ACAMS Certificate
