About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate global and regional benefits implementation and data collection, including tracking initial benefit policy inventories
- Maintain ongoing data inventory by monitoring renewals and ensuring internal tools remain accurate and complete
- Provide internal project management support, including consistency reviews of client deliverables and preparation for client meetings
- Support pooling activities by collecting data for internal tool updates and reporting
- Assist with non-specific client support tasks such as training, best practices implementation, and budget management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related discipline or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a project management or client service role
- Proficiency in English with strong oral, written, and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Strong analytical thinking and a methodical, structured approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple simultaneous projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in global benefits or brokerage work
- Previous experience in benefits or insurance within a shared services operation
