About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate GBM technology setup and track initial inventory of benefit policies
- Maintain ongoing data inventory by monitoring renewals and ensuring internal tool accuracy
- Provide internal project management support and perform consistency reviews on client deliverables
- Collect pooling data to update internal tools and reporting
- Support non-specific client needs including training, best practices, and budget management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant discipline
- 2+ years of experience in project management or client service roles
- Proficiency in English (written and oral)
- Proficiency in Portuguese
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong analytical thinking and methodical problem-solving skills
