Analyst, Global Analytic Insights (TCF)

Responsibilities

• Perform cost analysis by collecting and compiling data related to workforce costs, vendor POs, and process expenses.
• Conduct cost variance analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and potential savings.
• Prepare regular financial reports and update dashboards using Excel and internal technology stacks.
• Manage the end-to-end PO lifecycle, including raising, amending, and reconciling vendor payments.
• Collaborate with vendor teams and stakeholders to resolve anomalies and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to address specific management queries or process challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Power User level).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA).
• Experience with data pulling tools such as SQL.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and cost components.
