- Administer and interpret psychometric tests for potential hires.
- Utilize electronic job boards and recruitment tools to source talent.
- Balance time between office-based administrative tasks and field or plant-based recruitment activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Labor Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques.
- Ability to administer and interpret psychometric assessments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Evaluatest.
- Experience using electronic job boards for talent sourcing.
- Ability to work in a split environment (50% office and 50% plant/field).
- Availability for occasional travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within the automotive industry.
