Analyst, General Recruitment

Responsibilities

• Manage general recruitment processes to support talent acquisition needs.
• Conduct competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Administer and interpret psychometric tests for potential hires.
• Utilize electronic job boards and recruitment tools to source talent.
• Balance time between office-based administrative tasks and field or plant-based recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Labor Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques.
• Ability to administer and interpret psychometric assessments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Evaluatest.
• Experience using electronic job boards for talent sourcing.
• Ability to work in a split environment (50% office and 50% plant/field).
• Availability for occasional travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the automotive industry.
