Analyst, General Recruitment

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition and general recruitment processes for the San Nicolas De Los Garza plant
• Manage candidate engagement and provide high-quality customer service to applicants
• Utilize graphic design or advertising knowledge to support recruitment branding and outreach
• Maintain organized recruitment records and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of graphic design or advertising
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and service-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional degree or certification (Título / Cédula)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong sense of orientation within the local city area
