About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements and performance returns for Direct Lending investors, including incentive and management fee calculations
- Assist in the preparation and review of investor communications, capital activity calculations, and quarterly reporting
- Maintain accurate performance metrics for regular reporting and analysis updates to PGIM leadership
- Organize, manage, and settle fund expense invoices
- Manage monthly deliverables across various internal and external teams
- Support Investor Relations during fundraising and new product exploration initiatives
- Communicate effectively with investment companies, fund managers, service providers, and investors
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, audit, tax, fund administration, or operations within financial services
- Proven experience with financial statement preparation and accounting guidelines
- Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous exposure to Wall Street Office or Investran
- Experience with Direct Lending or private credit funds
