Analyst, Fund Operations

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and performance returns for Direct Lending investors, including incentive and management fee calculations
• Assist in the preparation and review of investor communications, capital activity calculations, and quarterly reporting
• Maintain accurate performance metrics for regular reporting and analysis updates to PGIM leadership
• Organize, manage, and settle fund expense invoices
• Manage monthly deliverables across various internal and external teams
• Support Investor Relations during fundraising and new product exploration initiatives
• Communicate effectively with investment companies, fund managers, service providers, and investors

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, audit, tax, fund administration, or operations within financial services
• Proven experience with financial statement preparation and accounting guidelines
• Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to Wall Street Office or Investran
• Experience with Direct Lending or private credit funds
