About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly fund NAV and business entity close support and schedules
  • Compile, validate, and organize financial data for dissemination to clients and investors
  • Support the monthly close process through preparation and first-level review of journal entries, supporting schedules, and reconciliations
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules for funds
  • Prepare audit support documentation and respond to auditor requests under guidance
  • Execute assigned tasks and support team deliverables to build technical knowledge of fund administration processes
  • Identify issues or inefficiencies to contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits, financial statements)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant work experience or internship experience in accounting or finance
