About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive financial accountability by improving budgeting and forecasting processes and refining reporting templates
  • Support headcount and expense planning functions to help leaders manage respective divisions
  • Assist with department-level reporting to support management decisions and ensure execution of company goals
  • Improve capital forecasting, reporting, and tracking processes
  • Perform value-added ad-hoc analyses to drive strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team on close procedures, including variance fluctuation analysis and accruals
  • Suggest and implement process improvements for budgeting and reporting systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Solid understanding of financial statements (including US GAAP) and forecasting concepts
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday, Oracle EPM, or other enterprise financial systems
