Analyst, Forecasting & International Markets Analytics

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain end-to-end forecast models, including patient-based, epidemiological, and scenario-driven models, using Python.
• Lead the digitalization of forecasting deliverables by transitioning manual spreadsheet-based models into automated Python workflows.
• Conduct statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling to uncover trends and provide meaningful insights for key forecasting decisions.
• Partner with Commercial Data Analyst teams to optimize business processes, manage data synthesis, and apply automation using cutting-edge technology.
• Collaborate with Business and Finance stakeholders to identify KPIs, develop analytical frameworks, and ensure efficient forecasting processes.
• Collect and interpret real-world data from multiple sources to support business strategies and decision-making.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to team members and senior leadership.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within the biopharma or pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Technology, or Engineering with a strong record of quantitative work.
• Strong Python expertise with hands-on experience in libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Deep experience with short-term and strategic forecasting within the Pharma industry.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques, predictive modeling, and forecasting methodologies.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with VBA and Macros is preferred.
• Experience integrating Python models with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to impact senior leadership.
