Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of pitch materials, information memoranda, buyer lists, and data room content
• Conduct market and competitive research to support business development and deal execution
• Prepare financial analyses and company valuations using precedent transactions, public comparables, and DCF
• Support outreach initiatives to private equity firms and strategic acquirers
• Help organize internal tracking systems and reporting tools to monitor pipeline and client engagements

Requirements

• Current college student with strong academic performance
• Major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and professional writing ability
• Ability to manage remote work independently and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated interest in investment banking, M&A, private equity, or corporate finance
