About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial results, KPIs, and performance trends to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Perform variance, scenario, sensitivity, and what-if analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning
  • Build and maintain financial models for business cases, investments, and strategic initiatives
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and operational teams
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational performance and deliver actionable financial insights
  • Support profitability analysis across products, customers, channels, and business units

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders
  • Highly organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI
  • Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems
  • Knowledge of the agriculture industry
