Analyst, Financial Institutions Group (FIG) - Investment Banking

Responsibilities

• Participate in deal teams to develop, present, and win mandates for new opportunities
• Create pitch books for clients regarding financial solutions and participate in presentations
• Monitor clients, industry trends, and regulatory agencies for potential impacts on business needs
• Conduct due diligence, including client visits, business model analysis, and industry trend reviews
• Generate and maintain updated financial models to analyze client portfolios and anticipate needs
• Deliver financial modeling to support strategic recommendations and understand transaction complexities
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience in investment banking preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance
• Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to acquire SIE Exam, Series 79, and Series 63 within 150 days of employment

• Previous interest or experience in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) sector
