Analyst - Finance

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 60% physical presence at international 3PL locations to audit receipt/shipping processes and supervise cycle counts.
• Act as the primary point of contact to reconcile physical vs. system data and track critical inventory metrics.
• Identify operational root causes of variances and implement corrective actions to minimize financial exposure.
• Coordinate SOX compliance and author process documentation for country-specific inventory controls.
• Ensure inventory movements align with local regional regulations and tax requirements.
• Assist with month-end reconciliation, inventory valuation, and the management of COGS adjustments.
• Utilize Excel and Power BI to translate complex inventory metrics into actionable financial reports.
• Manage marketplace disputes and chargebacks related to physical stock variances.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 1+ years of dedicated experience in Inventory Control.
• Advanced working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar ERP solutions.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel and Power BI reporting.
• 100% bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to travel internationally and meet the physical demands of a warehouse environment.
