Analyst - Filer & Print Services

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows servers, filers, and print services, including tools like Printer Installer and Equitrac
• Manage file access and data management tools with a focus on compliance and audit requirements
• Oversee data movement and consolidation to modern technologies such as SharePoint and OneDrive
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Service Desk, Network, AD, and Application teams) to resolve complex OS, GPO, and connectivity issues
• Drive process improvements and optimization within file and print service environments
• Work with technology suppliers and vendors to ensure delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues in collaboration with local and central teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology
• 7-10 years of IT experience with a focus on Windows servers, DC operations, LDR filers, and print services
• Hands-on experience with file access management tools and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Strong knowledge of OS components, GPO, and application provisioning best practices
• Proven experience in vendor management and collaborating with global teams
• Working knowledge of the ITIL framework and processes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
