Analyst, Ethics & Compliance

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of ethics and compliance processes and procedures across corporate and business functions
• Assist in the day-to-day administration of the third-party screening system and KYC reviews
• Initiate enhanced due diligence (EDD) and maintain E&C trackers
• Review high volumes of EDD reports and update risk assessments
• Provide support for ethics and compliance induction training and coordinate with regional offices
• Prepare periodic status reports on EDD cases, disclosures, and outstanding items
• Maintain and organize department documentation, including disclosure logs and records
• Assist in preparing and tracking the annual compliance budget
• Process invoices and coordinate with Procurement and Finance for timely payments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or finance
