Analyst - Endpoint Management

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage solutions using Microsoft SCCM and Intune
• Manage the full lifecycle of Autopilot PCs, including design, testing, and release
• Oversee Enterprise Management Systems, including Patch Management, Software Distribution, and Asset Management
• Create custom PowerShell scripts for inventory gathering and automating daily administration tasks
• Develop Low-Level Design (LLD) documents, technical documentation, and service reports
• Manage SCCM server migrations and upgrades to the latest Current Branch platforms
• Collaborate with technical SPOCs, service owners, and architects to integrate technology solutions
• Provide on-call support for emergency situations and manage global endpoint processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology
• 4-7 years of IT experience with significant expertise in SCCM and Intune
• Proven experience with Windows Autopilot and Windows 10 provisioning
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks
• Experience delivering IT solutions across multiple geographies in a global environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows as a Service and cloud-based endpoint management workloads
• Experience with Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS)
• Strong vendor management and communication skills
