Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct techno-economic and financial appraisals of greenfield and brownfield infrastructure projects.
• Review project reports, feasibility studies, concession agreements, PPAs, and EPC/O&M contracts.
• Perform lender-style risk assessments covering construction, demand, operating, regulatory, and counterparty risks.
• Build and review complex project finance models, including cash flow, DSCR, LLCR, IRR, and sensitivity analysis.
• Evaluate revenue frameworks, project costs, funding structures, and debt servicing capacity.
• Prepare bankable appraisal, TEV, and due diligence reports aligned with bank and DFI expectations.
• Support credit committees, investment memos, and lender Q&A processes.
• Interact with developers, EPC contractors, lenders, and internal risk teams.

Requirements

• MBA (Finance), PGDM (Finance or Infrastructure), B.Tech, B.E., or CA qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in infrastructure appraisal, project finance, TEV, or transaction advisory.
• Proven expertise in financial modelling (project cash flows, debt structuring, and sensitivities).
• Hands-on experience in TEV studies, lender appraisal notes, or investment due diligence.
• Strong understanding of PPP structures, concession dynamics, and regulatory risks.
• Ability to work independently on full projects and manage stakeholder interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with frameworks used by Indian banks, DFIs, and NBFCs.
