About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a tele-calling team of 10-12 resources and vendors
- Drive audience acquisition for conferences, training programs, and corporate awards
- Administer surveys and manage participant lists for various programs
- Maintain and own the database of all registrations and attendees
- Identify new data sources and methods for building calling lists
- Manage vendor payments and invoice processing
- Oversee day-to-day ground-level activities to mitigate operational risks
- Ensure timely submission of performance MIS reports to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent qualification
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience managing tele-calling and client servicing teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Strong interpersonal skills with an inquisitive and creative nature
