About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop data reports and dashboards to support product stakeholders and collaborators.
  • Support product teams with statistical and quantitative analysis to drive business insights.
  • Work with disparate datasets to prepare reporting or analytical models for portfolio and productivity metrics.
  • Translate complex technical concepts and analysis for non-technical audiences.
  • Convert data into actionable insights using Generative AI toolsets.
  • Participate in Program Increment (PI) meetings and manage stories and features within the product backlog.
  • Coordinate the execution of data analytics plans and facilitate the resolution of risks and issues.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in Python, Power BI, Data Modelling, and advanced Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with Machine Learning models (Regression and Classification).
  • Experience with LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, and Vectorization techniques.
  • Experience working within Agile and iterative software development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of implementing Agentic AI use cases.
  • Experience managing large, complex features or products with multiple partners.
