About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide support for Controllership tools and develop digital solutions to enhance user satisfaction
- Perform Controllership process analysis and formulate KPIs
- Extract data from databases and design comprehensive reports
- Comply with established targets and plans for the implementation of new solutions
- Address product or service issues promptly to ensure compliance with Month End Close due dates
Requirements
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English (oral, written, and interpersonal)
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably within a similar professional environment
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office solutions
- Experience with process analysis and database usage
- Ability to multitask with precision and accept constructive criticism
