Analyst, Deposit and Payment Operations

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, relationship managers, and internal departments to ensure seamless processing of payment requests.
• Profile payment instructions accurately for processing centers in compliance with established procedures and regulations.
• Process internal book transfers efficiently, including the booking of FX contracts as required.
• Respond promptly to enquiries and escalations raised by the processing team.
• Assist with end-of-day processes and reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Handle Swift payments and messaging in strict adherence to operational guidelines and best practices.
• Follow up on urgent requests diligently to guarantee timely completion of all payments.

Requirements

• At least one year of relevant experience in payments operations, banking settlements, or customer service roles within financial services.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure transaction accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to escalate issues appropriately to senior management when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualifications in Finance or Commerce.
• Fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
