Analyst Data Strategy and Analytics

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain business rules for commercial and digital datasets to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering and therapeutic area stakeholders, to design scalable analytics solutions
• Support the design and development of new data products to enable reusable solutions across Commercialization
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard US commercial and healthcare datasets such as claims, sales, and payer data
• Apply SQL, Python, and analytical techniques to explore pharma datasets and generate actionable insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau for brand performance tracking
• Partner with data engineering teams to ensure proper integration and quality checks for datasets like IQVIA and Symphony
• Support data governance through documentation, stewardship, and compliance efforts
• Contribute to enterprise data migration to the Databricks platform, including UAT and business rule validation

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in a Data Analyst role, preferably within healthcare or pharma
• Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python for data extraction and analysis
• Exposure to US commercial healthcare datasets (e.g., prescriptions, claims, or sales data)
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with data platforms like Databricks, Redshift, or Snowflake
