Analyst, Data Science and Analytics Solutions

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic analytics including forecasts, projections, and high-level management overviews
• Deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting by extracting data from warehouses and converting operational data into actionable reports
• Perform in-depth data analysis to gather insights and communicate results to stakeholders
• Support all areas of the organization with data solutions, database structure guidance, and query drafting
• Apply machine learning techniques and algorithms such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, and Decision Forests
• Synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable decision-making presentations for management
• Integrate multiple data sources, including portals, dashboards, and systems, to meet information needs
• Create, develop, and maintain analytics platforms

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel, R, Python, and MS SQL Server
• Familiarity with Power BI and other analytics tools
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis
• Knowledge of relational database structures and applications
• Competency in agile software development
• Solid experience in data analysis; experience in the pension industry is preferred
