Analyst, Data Centre Group, Asia Pacific

Responsibilities

• Support advisory and consulting engagements across the APAC region, working closely with senior team members.
• Develop and maintain market intelligence regarding data centre ecosystems in Australia, Singapore, and India.
• Contribute to research outputs, market insights, and internal knowledge building.
• Assist in originating and supporting advisory and transaction opportunities.
• Support the preparation of client materials, presentations, and deal-related analysis.
• Leverage operator and investor relationships to support business development and client engagement.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of data centre markets and ecosystem dynamics.
• Experience in data-driven research or analytics environments.
• Ability to operate across multiple markets and support fast-paced advisory work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Established network across APAC data centre operators and investors.
