Analyst, Data Center Services & Infrastructure – Middle East & Africa (MEA)

Responsibilities

• Own market research from signal to story by tracking and publishing research on Middle East datacenter services and infrastructure.
• Maintain and enhance a proprietary datacenter database to ensure data integrity and accuracy across markets and operators.
• Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis on regional trends, including supply pipelines, demand drivers, and pricing signals.
• Monitor the impact of energy management, sustainability, AI/IoT workloads, and government regulation on the sector.
• Conduct direct market outreach and interviews with operators, investors, and cloud service providers to validate findings.
• Support consulting projects by gathering evidence and producing high-quality deliverables for clients.
• Contribute to webinars, briefings, and conferences to build presence as a regional expert.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in research, analysis, consulting, journalism, or market intelligence.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree (Writing, Communications, Liberal Arts, or Technical fields such as Math, Science, Engineering, or IT).
• Excellent written and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• An inquisitive nature and a strong desire to learn about emerging technologies.
