Analyst Customer Loyalty

Responsibilities

• Build various reporting dashboards using data extraction, cleaning, and visualization techniques
• Provide actionable business insights through reporting and data visualization to support customer loyalty
• Research and apply continuous improvement in data visualization to transform raw data into insights
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and evaluate existing visualization systems
• Develop data visualizations of large datasets to facilitate intuitive presentation for decision makers
• Document data flows, systems, and processes to improve design and management of business processes
• Develop tools and deliver training programs for reporting tools and self-serve analytics to end users
• Work with stakeholders to enhance the usability and aesthetic appeal of deployed analytics solutions

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in data analytics or a related field
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in data visualization, data storytelling, and data mining
• Strong problem-solving, systems thinking, and analytical skills
• Fluency in both French and English to support clients and teams across different regions
