Analyst - Customer Data Management

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain complex databases to ensure data availability, accessibility, and accuracy
• Assist in mining, analyzing, and interpreting data from the data warehouse to meet client and business needs
• Participate in the planning, development, and support of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functions
• Analyze marketing data to generate reports on customer information, call patterns, and demographics
• Identify data sources and construct data decomposition and flow diagrams for maintenance processes
• Use statistical methods and data modeling to create useful business reports and streamline processes
• Provide high-level technical specifications for data modeling and integration

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, or economics
• Experience in data models and data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with database management tools such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server
• Familiarity with data modeling tools like ER/Studio, Oracle SQL Developer, or Database Workbench
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Excel
• Strong analytical thinking and iterative problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
